About Us

Structural Engineering Concepts, PLC is a licensed engineering firm specializing in structural and geotechnical engineering services in the Mid-Atlantic (Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina).

The company was founded in 2005 by Jonathan H. Smith, P.E.  In early 2007, R. Shane Mann, P.E. was added as a Managing Member.
